A&w Canada - Hamilton

I explored the whole food court before deciding to dine at A&W. The woman working the cash register, who introduced herself as Julie, was very patient and accommodating with my order. She informed me of their offerings and suggested that I try the grilled onions since I don't like raw onions. Julie was kind and pleasant, and I would highly recommend this A&W to anyone looking for a meal in the vicinity. Thank you, Julie! You're fantastic!

Even with four workers, my order was still wrong, despite being the only person waiting. I wasn't given a receipt, so I couldn't return it. However, they were fast and gave a nice side eye when interrupted from their conversation. Come on now.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food came out quickly, and Alexis was very friendly and personable. The mozza burger was incredible, and I will definitely be returning. My only suggestion would be to lower your prices.

Today I noticed something very disgustingI went in to buy my Chile 5 piece chicken strips and the guy didn’t use a tongs to take the meat out of the tray to place in the bag,he used his hands with out any gloves on,I will not recommend this establishment again,when I ask a staff member why he didn’t use tongs she couldn’t answer I just threw away that purchase. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE
