At this Panera location, the culinary offerings consistently satisfy, but customer service leaves much to be desired. Urine on the floor in the bathroom. Dirty, out of most ingredients that make up most popular reason like croutons, ???? bread!!! ???? Look all tables available full of trash! I want my money back asap
The customer service at this restaurant was poor. Despite the store hours clearly indicating that it was not yet closing time (9pm), the staff refused to serve me when I entered 20 minutes prior to the posted closing time. Their response when questioned about why the door was still open was unprofessional and rude.
The food took an unusually long time to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. The coffee was cold, and they ran out of urns. No one came by to check on us during our visit. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly.
I ordered the full-sized Fuji apple chicken salad, which should have come with chicken, but instead, I received a half-sized salad without any chicken. I definitely won’t be returning.
Had a fantastic mommy son today this location was clean and had high chairs to use for us! the personal went beyond and beyond to be helpful to make faces to my baby and help me navigate a lunch with a little child. alexis especially was super welcoming! I wouldn't have thought I'd get away from a panera with raving reviews, but there you go. the staff here are the best people.
