Gave this place a couple chances, mostly rude employees who clearly don't want to be there, and the drive thru is GOD AWFULLY SLOW!! I can't understand how they have anyone who comes to this location there's a better one a mile in any direction!! View all feedback.
There were only two people working at the restaurant, both of whom were manning the drive-through. I was the only customer inside, but they still took care of me with a pleasant attitude and were very friendly.
Despite the stormy weather, my wife and I decided to stop for coffee this morning. Surprisingly, two employees were still able to make it into work, even though the roads were in terrible condition. Both employees were friendly and were diligently cleaning the inside of the restaurant. The sidewalks had also been shoveled and salted, which was much appreciated. My coffee and coffee roll were both fresh and delicious, and my wife enjoyed her wrap as well. Overall, we had a pleasant visit and commend the hardworking employees for their great service. Well done, ladies!
30. april 2022 at 0930 I went to this place after I had made a quick bleed. at my arrival I received some of the worse customer service I have ever received at Dunkin’ donuts. When I spoke to the person in the drive-thru, trying to complete my order, he was evil and very rude by stating that they were taught to urge the men because they need to move quickly. there was no other car behind us in the drive-thru. I was not angry, I never raised my voice, the staff was rude and I would not bring it past them to spit into my eating, so I went away and went to another Dunkin’ donuts. I will never buy food from this place again and will go so far that they will report to the company office.
Waited for nearly 20 min just to get my order taken from the drive thru, just to wait again for another 15 minutes to get the wrong food and the cashier acts like it my fault that they gave me the wrong food and I’m missing some of the food that I paid for. These people are terrible. Horrible experience. I would give a negative score if I can.
I was once told you can judge the cleanliness of a restaurant by how clean their windows are and this seems to apply to this establishment. I ordered a large regular coffee with a jelly donut. I received a stale jelly donut and they seemed to have forgotten my coffee. I went to take a seat all the tables and many of the chairs were dirty with crumbs and smears and the floor was also littered with crumbs and dirty napkins. The place wasn't busy at all and this is perhaps why.
