Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hamden
Menu
The place from Hamden offers 34 different menus and drinks on the menu for an average price of $8.6.
A recent visit to a popular fast-casual chain revealed a disheartening blend of service shortcomings and food inconsistencies. Patrons reported unwarranted discrimination over simple requests, inadequate portions, and persistent ingredient shortages. While some enjoyed the catering service and fresh-tasting meals, others faced long wait times and overlooked orders. Despite the restaurant's potential for quality food at reasonable prices, many felt let down by the service and management. Overall, while the food can be delightful, the experience often leaves much to be desired, making it a gamble for prospective diners seeking satisfaction.

This place is great. Great service, fast workers highly recommended. Out of 20 burritos only 1 was mediocre... The rice was undercooked, and the burrito was small.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What RONALD G dislikes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I never leave reviews. But over the past 6 months this chipotle has been horrible. Horrible service, and horrible managers. They are always short staffed and never have any of the ingredients on the line. They're debit/credit machine is always down and force you to pay cash after you order your food. They have no sort of management and no one takes responsibility here. Just a poorly ran chipotle. View all feedback.
This place is one of the better Chipotle restaurants we have been to. It is clean and the portions are not small. They pay attention to the details there.
Overall fine experience, but there was one person working the counter even though there were many people on staff. Slow to order, but otherwise fine experience.
I ordered brown rice with black bean and huh. I had occupied this with mild salsa and acidic cream. the service was good and the food was delicious. I also ordered a bag of chips with my dish and ended up paying under $13. be sure to avoid the items that they charge extra for like guacamole if they want to save a few dollars.
Good as always. My tip is to get whatever meat looks freshest off the grill (otherwise it's old and cold). If there are 2 I go for the one that looks crispier. I usually like Moe's Southwest Grill better, but Chipotle is just a different flavor that is definitely a good switch up every once and awhile (and more common).
I ordered a dish of brown rice with black beans and chicken, topped with mild salsa and sour cream. The service was good and the food was delicious. I also got a bag of chips with my meal and my total came out to be under $13. Just be aware that they charge extra for items like guacamole, so if you want to save money, make sure to avoid those extras.
