Today we ordered “Peanut Duck” twice and forgot a peanut sauce over Wolt and Vy. After I called Vy and asked for a peanut sauce to be sent, an extremely rude guy told me that even though it was his fault and he had forgotten to put the second sauce in the bag, I needed to speak to Wolt. After I told him that I had no contact with Wolt, he told me that if I manage to order from Wolt, I can also find a contact number (A+ customer care). Kevin, the branch manager, was present (I heard that from the guy and him 's conversation), but refused to address the issue. There was no apology for HIS MISTAKE and only cheeky answers and in the end no solution from his side. Doesn 't seem to need customer service. Unfortunately I can 't give 0 stars and therefore have to give one star. Thanks vy

Even if you order the food in advance for a specific time, it will arrive significantly late. Today the driver took our food to a completely different customer. He then called us because he found our cell phone number on the invoice. We didn't receive any information about this from the restaurant, but rather a VERY late delivery. Without apology. Even when we asked (we called the restaurant, where they immediately knew what order it was, they obviously noticed the mistake themselves) whether we might get a discount voucher for the next time or something else, we were only told: no. Not even an apology. Neither from the driver nor from the restaurant. We probably won't order here again.
