The... read more After considerable pressure for this meat eater to try the local Vegan cuisine, I willingly went to the Vegan Eagle for dinner and was definitely surprised. The restaurant itself has a unique style. The atmosphere is very casual, comfortable and warm. The waitstaff are very friendly and eager to explain about each item on the menu. The portions are ample and the meal quite colorful in presentation. I found the overall taste to be good, but lacking flavors that every good carnivore craves. That being said, the overall experience was good and very enjoyable. I will definitely visit again in the future, but will head directly to their sister restaurant Dieter Sanchez first!. There is limited parking next to the restaurant and a few spaces in the surrounding neighborhood for those that drive.
