We were really looking forward to our visit thanks to Scartaste 's recommendation. Unfortunately, the service didn 't meet our expectations. Our order was taken by the driver—not a waiter—which caused some confusion. The sushi selection was rather small, and appetizers aren 't included in the all-you-can-eat offer. After 45 minutes, our first sushi order finally arrived—it tasted really fresh and delicious. When we immediately wanted to reorder, another employee—presumably the owner—explained the all-you-can-eat principle to us in a very unfriendly and condescending manner: Reordering is only permitted once everything has been eaten. He was probably already annoyed at having to constantly explain this, in our eyes, pointless concept. After such a long wait, surely we start to feel full? Nevertheless, we placed our second order with the driver—already half-full, of course. Otherwise, we would have come for nothing for an all-you-can-eat meal. The driver said we only had to wait 10 minutes. After exactly 30 minutes, however, the other employee (or owner? came back to the table and asked if we even wanted to order something, because we 'd apparently been waiting for a while. Our order was obviously forgotten – there was no apology. In the Instagram comments, the restaurant claims that the wait times have now been reduced to 15 minutes – unfortunately, we can 't confirm this. Despite the delicious sushi and the Scartaste discount, we, as big sushi fans, won 't be coming back. The service and the all-you-can-eat concept were simply too disappointing for us. What a shame.
We were there recently and ordered all-you-can-eat. Your sushi is really delicious, BUT how can you possibly hire a driver as a waiter?? It's obvious he has no idea what he's doing and acts very unprofessional towards customers when it's not even his job! We waited over 40 minutes for our sushi rolls, EVEN IF THEY WERE FRESH. No. This wait time is definitely not normal! Since we waited so long, we wanted to order the next two rolls right away. But our order wasn't taken because they apparently have different rules. Okay, but that's how you explain things to customers in a friendly way! He was totally annoyed (not the driver) and served us very rudely. After we finished everything, we ordered the two rolls from the driver. After HALF AN HOUR, we were told that our order hadn't been taken at all?!?!!?! What a shame. If you're going to offer something like this, you should be well prepared. More SERVERS on the counter and workers in the kitchen!! First and last time...
