The restrooms are supposedly for staff only, which is illegal for a restaurant with so much seating. Furthermore, they constantly play German hip-hop songs that are definitely not suitable for minors.

The Subway Restaurant Finder shows... read more I had a personalized voucher for a free sub through a partnership with Telekom. This voucher is valid until October 31, 2025. The Subway Restaurant Finder shows which branches redeem this voucher, and this branch is one of them. The employee said he was no longer allowed to redeem this voucher because too many vouchers had already been submitted for this promotion. Subway set the voucher limit. I then asked to speak to the manager. The lady then came and told me that she would no longer redeem the voucher and that I could contact Subway. I asked the manager to email me once, stating that she would not redeem the valid voucher. She refused to do this. After some discussion and my clear indication that this voucher was valid and that she had to redeem it, I was reluctantly given a sub. I therefore cannot recommend this branch. If you run a promotion, you should either stand by it or not do it at all.

And you're not allowed to use the restroom either; it's apparently only for employees, although you're apparently allowed to sit down to eat in the restaurant.
