However, the service was impossible. We gave away a voucher, which unfortunately we didn 't print out. What for? After all, it contains a QR code, so one assumes that there would be no problem with redeeming it. Completly wrong. Redeeming was not possible. Our really friendly and constructive suggestion that we could point out on the website that vouchers are only accepted in printed form was extremely outrageously reprimanded: OUR GUESTS usually know that! Thanks again for this instruction. We won 't be regular guests anymore. Very unfortunate.
