Poor thing, she was incredibly stressed the whole time because there weren't enough staff and the other waiters weren't in the mood. The atmosphere, like everywhere else in L'Osteria, was far too loud.

My child has a severe food allergy (milk protein, egg white, and peanut) that even a trace of the allergens is enough to cause respiratory distress. Therefore, we wanted to bring her a separate container of food to heat up in the restaurant. The manager's statement that we are not allowed to bring our own food is UNBELIEVABLE. If we didn't have to, we would be happy... but you can't choose your allergy! Instead, you're faced with even more obstacles. Vegan options are offered in the restaurant, but in a restaurant where these allergens are used, it's simply impossible to guarantee 100% contamination, and as I said, even a trace is enough to cause respiratory distress.
