From decor to ambiente and service is one of the best restaurants in Europe. Unfortunately, our eating wasn't entirely on this standard, but I think we were taking off the rule in the night of our visit. we celebrated our jubilee. beginning with kaviar euro) and veuve cliquot champagner euro). the tableside presentation was a show in itself. really amazing, as the taste of our expensive appetizer. we went on to share the lock that comes with four side dishes and also sliced table side euro). it was delicious, but was served warm, almost as if it had served too long before it was served. the sides were equally cool. they also forgot one of our beside dishes (green beans) and they apparently forgot twice. the maitre d’ apologised, but the last page did not finally come out until we finished our meal. the green beans were served at least at the expected temperature. we are guests of the fairmont hotel and will likely try this wonderful restaurant again. Hopefully, eating will correspond to the rest of the ambientes and the service.

What else could you ask? perfect location along the inner lake of thamburg on the water rim. closer to the capital center. great eating in a casual environment. service was also friendly. a little expensive, but it is worth it.

They need to adapt the coordination and set-up in an otherwise perfect sunny place directly to the water. a shame as I like nikkeinine and the condi lounge in the hotel very much. we had a late lunch. the heads communicated too much... internally, and did not end up accusations before they accepted new ones. when the kitchen called that my steak was ready, the girl recognized it, but newer took it up. when the bell rings again, she told the kitchen staff not to pick up or bring others to do so. frustrating, as we were sitting before him. an older, but younger waiter then picked it up and took it back, as it was now only slightly warm without the Hollandaise sauce.

We went to this restaurant on a sunny day for lunch. The terrasse is on the lake and offers plenty of shade while having a great view of the lake. Staff is friendly and efficient. We had salads. Tasty fresh and good portions. I especially...recommend this terrasse on a sunny day.
