The service was impeccable, and the ambitious atmosphere was very pleasant. I haven't had such a good meal in a long time. A well-deserved star, and well on its way to a second. Definitely worth a visit.

Therefore, the following criticism is certainly in keeping... read more There were six of us at Zeik. To begin with... It was a truly wonderful evening with delicious food. Therefore, the following criticism is certainly in keeping with the very high standards of Michelin-starred restaurants, where small details naturally carry far more weight than in regular restaurants, and personal taste also plays a significant role. Accordingly, a few things about the service bothered us. Firstly, the constant refilling of water into glasses that were still about a third full. Also, the practice of collecting used glasses at the head of the table and then forgetting to clear them away should not happen at this level. Three of us had the non-alcoholic wine pairing. Some of the creations were truly fantastic, but two were absolutely unpalatable to everyone at the table. The glasses were then simply cleared away, full, without any comment. At €95 for the pairing, we would have appreciated being asked about it or being offered an alternative. Finally, we found the time between the main course and dessert far too long, as we had already been in the restaurant for four hours. While the food was definitely Michelin-star quality, the service, though excellent, left us somewhat disappointed.
