We enjoyed an excellent diner during a weekend trip in hamburg. zeik welcomes them, treats them inspired aromen and the attention of the guests feels intimate and personal. the wine was delicious. a highlight in a fantastic sunny autumn Wednesday end in a fantastic city.

The 40th birthday of my man was in the foreground. that surpassed my hopes. we had the vegetarian tasting menu with wine pairings. the food and the wee were breathtaking. aromen that made me speechless in their nuanced. innovatiw, sometimes rich, to time subtle. The...wine? nicely balanced with eating and exclusive some weep that we never find on our own and some limited pists. the service? relaxed, but efficient. betrayed. well tried. sincere and warm. no nonsense. and chef also made one appear (but that was the main event! . I have no single critique of an evening that always remembers me.

This is the best kind of Michelin experience. large well cooked food without unnecessary complications. in an informal environment at a price they try to do this without all their holiday budget, although it still put them back...€200 per person.) the taste is intense and clean with great wein pairings. we spent five hours for our dinner and the time passed so quickly.

There were six of us at Zeik. To begin with... It was a truly wonderful evening with delicious food. Therefore, the following criticism is certainly in keeping with the very high standards of Michelin-starred restaurants, where small details naturally carry far more weight than in regular restaurants, and personal taste also plays a significant role. Accordingly, a few things about the service bothered us. Firstly, the constant refilling of water into glasses that were still about a third full. Also, the practice of collecting used glasses at the head of the table and then forgetting to clear them away should not happen at this level. Three of us had the non-alcoholic wine pairing. Some of the creations were truly fantastic, but two were absolutely unpalatable to everyone at the table. The glasses were then simply cleared away, full, without any comment. At €95 for the pairing, we would have appreciated being asked about it or being offered an alternative. Finally, we found the time between the main course and dessert far too long, as we had already been in the restaurant for four hours. While the food was definitely Michelin-star quality, the service, though excellent, left us somewhat disappointed.
