Casual Fine Dining. This seems to be the best description of this place. The guy runs it's a real wine aficionado and you can trust his recommendations. Food is great. Exalted, but not too elegant. You should try it! View all feedback. What Dimitrios Reuter doesn't like about Heldenplatz:
Too casual for our taste, service friendly at the beginning but as more people started to order we were simply forgotten' f.e. wine and water were not re-filled, service was just too busy to care for all guests properly. Food was fine although we...felt that the starters and deserts were too expensive. Good wine list, albeit rather pricey as well. We left with mixed feelings; there are better options in Hamburg.
