Staff was nice but placing our wine away f... read more The food was very good as one could expect from a toprated restaurant but service was definitely not up to standards. Staff was nice but placing our wine away from the table in a cooler requires attention from the waitress. She was too busy elsewhere...so we had to signal twice for our glasses to be refilled not ok. Why not leave it at the table in its own cooler? Even with small tables you can get coolers that can hang on the table. The big mistake though came when we had finished our meal. We had a carafe of tapwater and at that time she emptied it in our glasses and instead of asking if we wanted more water she just returned with a new carafe. We didn't think much about it at that time (because it was tapwater) but getting the bill we were charged for carafes. Not much but they were euros each. I was very close to giving only stars but that's not fair for the kitchen and the general service was fine, so it is and no tip.
