I had a part with carrot, courgette and tofu and one with spinat, glazed and shitake mushrooms. both were very good. I think the noodles themselves do not contain much seasoned, but they must eat them with a spicy sauce. the soy sauce, ingwer, garlic sauce is not vegan as it contains honey, but it is delicious. the owner needs two days to prepare the dumplings, so make sure to order in advance. a vegan part of 10-11 knödeln is 8.50€. updated by previous review on 2020-04-26
