Don Tapas - Hamburg

Our unfortunately tragic experience in this restaurant I have not experienced in a tapas invite yet. After we're in and took a place, it took a whole place until someone came with the card. when we then wanted to order drinks and also to eat immediately, we were told only the drinks. that is, we had to wait again for the drinks to come, and again until our tapas order was received. to make it short, the first tapas came 1:30 std. later after our order. then it took another 15-30 minutes to have found two more their way to us. the funny thing was that we have ordered tapas two times and they didn't come together like that, but about half an hour later. you ask yourself, it is really so difficult to make 3 datteln in the speckmantel not equal to 3 (so inssammt 6) in a swing!? what is that for a planning in the kitchen, I don't understand. then tapas came to us to the table we had not ordered and which we had ordered were completely forgotten. honestly, that was too stupid for us and we were just trying to get out of here. the bill then voted as a miracle, but not that gave an apology or a small attention to the reparation, which has already disappointed us and has brought me to the start of this review. Conclusion: do a great arc to load this tapas if you don't want to ruin your day/end!PS.: we were three in the restaurant and called (even) beforehand and reserved.PSS: the background music was also cruel and you had the feeling, there is only one song on the cd.

We had tapas with 9 people so we could taste more than half the menu. the bottle of wine is a little overpriced, but still ok. the tapas were completely in order, all made home. the new chef is really tired and the result is quite good at almost all. we were annoyed when we ordered a desert (crema catalana) worth €20 and this was not well prepared. the caramel was too thick, probably because it was not properly applied to the crema. we had to complain at the end, and the service has not tried to compensate for this. so we went out with a rather bittersweet feeling.

I ordered anchovy, tortilla, oktopus. the fish dominated fat in the taste, while the tortilla gave itself tasteless. the foods were old, prepared long before or quickly fritted. the creations had nothing to do with spanies, they were just bad. I'm sure I won't be there.

We were in the restaurant to eat tasty tapas. we ordered fish and omeletts Spanish art. that we got brot with garlic sauce prevented us from leaving the restaurant as we had already seen that eating already comes out of the counter. but we said we couldn't get that bad and it got worse. the food had snack quality in the value of 5eur 2eur for the drink. the bill was suitable at 37EUR, which were at 2 persons then over 18 eur per person. never ever again.
