We live in a nearby town harsefeld, and our host proposes to spend time with buxtehude. the city is the old world, scenic stone walks and walks with plazas fill... read more We live in a nearby town harsefeld, and our host proposes to spend time with buxtehude. the city is the old world, scenic stone walks and walks with plazas filled with tables for the evening. my surprise was to find abbotage, it was the...front of the building that sat me to the seaman on the bank. we went in and were warmly welcomed to sit in the open on the terrace in the back dining room. our meal was just the final touch of sightseeing in buxtehude. we ordered frying beef, perfectly prepared with salad and the most tasty potato and ordered filet of fried fish, tender and juicy with kartoffeln. our dessert was walnutis with an amazing chocolate mousse cake. many thanks to chef, staff and our waitress.
