Texas Roadhouse

I ordered a regular margirita and the waitress order the legend and the marg was supposed to be 3 dollars they proceeded to charge me 13$ per marg. I proceeded to talk to the manager and she was not understanding of any thing. She then went and talked and laughed in my face in front of the manager. I was disrespected and they were all awful. Not to mention that my steak was over done and had to be recooked then I had to ASK for them to bring my steak out for it to them be over cooked. I would rather go eat rocks out of the parking lot before coming here again.

The kitchen is hit and miss, when they hit you get exactly what you expect of a texas steakhouse. Warm, friendly, family atmosphere. When the kitchen is off you can hear those food fooling around, they will send out a medium rare ribeye, burnt like lightning hit the cow in field before they sent it to you. Same can be said of their bar service, when it's on you get a good drink for a decent value. When it's off you get a head and a belly ache

Two stars for the food based on the quality of the steaks. On all dining occasions when I ordered a supposedly top quality steak, it was always too much fat throughout the entire steak. There is more fat than quality meat.One other issue I have witnessed is during the evening dinner period, server staff are playing childish games with each other near the kitchen entrance and ignoring customers.It was too expensive for the lack of food quality and immature behavior of many of the servers.Both issues now have me put off with the Texas Roadhouse restaurant.

We have never had a problem with Texas Roadhouse. The food is always very good and we get service with a smile.Wheelchair accessibility: The waiter was very courteous and took my family to a table with plenty of room.
