Pizza Hut - Hambley Blvd, Pikeville

I ordered a pan pizza and it arrived hot and delicious! I am now a loyal customer. My stepson tried the wings and he really enjoyed them as well!

I ordered pizza from this restaurant and when the delivery driver arrived, they refused to exit their vehicle or come up to the top of the driveway. Instead, they sent a text message stating that they didn't want to get out of the car and that I needed to walk down to get the pizza. Due to this poor service experience, we have decided to switch to Papa John's for future orders. It seems like this Pizza Hut location must be under new management as the quality of service has significantly declined.

This restaurant has the worst service ever now that they have people from overseas answering the phone for orders. They are losing a lot of business because customers have to call more than four times just to place an order.

I ordered the meat pasta bowl with cheese breadsticks, and it was delicious! The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful with lots of knowledge about specials and the menu. I did a carry out and the food was excellent, finished on time and waiting on the counter for my arrival.
