Arby's - Hambley Blvd, Pikeville

This Arby's was decent, drive through time was quick, staff was busy and service reflected that. The meat tasted watered down which was off putting.

This Pikeville Arby's is horrible! we waited I line for around 30 minutes, and when we finally got our food it was not even right. I took my sandwich back in, then tried to eat but the fries were cold and tough, and my new sandwich was just slopped together. $20 down the drain for absolutley nothing. I will NEVER eat at this location again.

The staffing at this location is often VERY poorly managed. There have been several occasions where only one human being is the only person there for the majority of a day. As such the wait time to get through can be longer then 30 minutes just to be able to order your food. This often results in things missing from an order, or just wrong. Surprisingly the people working inside are kind, considerate and apologetic for the state of the restaurant. For fast food, the quality of the food is fair to good, it is not fast though.

Order the Arby's roast beef for the hubby and myself. It was hot and delicious when we opened our sandwiches. The person at the drive-thru was super friendly and even put Arby's sauce in our bag without being asked.
