Good food, good service and decent onsite farm shop too. Local produce at reasonable prices with a range of foods etc for most tastes.

read moreNestled in a picturesque setting, this family-friendly restaurant offers a mix of delightful views and outdoor activities for children, including swings and trampolines. While the scones and tea receive rave reviews, breakfast options seem uneven, with some dishes viewed as overpriced. Many guests have experienced inconsistent service, especially during busy times, and the coffee leaves much to be desired. However, the atmosphere is charming, complemented by a small farm shop and friendly staff. For a relaxed meal after a walk, patrons recommend timing your visit wisely to avoid peak hours. Overall, it’s a mixed bag, worthy of a visit—but with reservations.
