The spicy sauce reminds him of his mother, while the flavors of the Caribbean and the forests he worked in are also present in his dishes. He doesn't cook to please the public, but rather offers honest and delicious meals. The brisket is perfectly boiled and simply seasoned, tender and smoky. The chicken comes with two sauces - one spicy and awakening, the other calming and white. Customers on the go can order their food in a cold box, with instructions on how to properly reheat the meat.
