We asked where t... read more Food was hot and tasty and came in a prompt manner, until we ordered dessert. It took 30minutes for a few desserts in a not so busy restaurant. We asked where they were but apparently they had the 'wrong table number ' on the till even though our receipt said the right table number. They came 2 minutes later with all the Ice cream melted! Again we had to ask for fresh ice cream and then wait another 5 minutes just for spoons.The food was nice but service was extremely poor.

Saw it was busy when I entered so asked how long a take away would be and was informed 15-20 minutes. Actually it took 40. To be fair twice I was told it was on... read more Saw it was busy when I entered so asked how long a take away would be and was informed 15-20 minutes. Actually it took 40. To be fair twice I was told it was on its way and the staff member apologised for the wait. However what left me disappointed was the quality of the food after the wait, cold soggy chips, a plain piece of chicken when I'd ordered medium and extras I'd paid for (cheese and pineapple) missing from the contents of the pitta.

Ate half... read more Ordered food for delivery, usually food is fantastic, but this time the chicken wings were covered in grease, dripping with it and leaking out the box. Ate half and threw the rest away. Waste of money, and now I have a bad stomach. I will probably give this particular Nandos a wide berth in the future.
