We attended last Friday night (karaoke was on) staff looked miserable, we didn't feel welcomed. The food wasn't great, rice wasn't cooked, lamb was over cooked, chicken was nice, salad was nice. I was surprised they decided to put a service charge on top of your bill, which sadly I asked to be taken off, wouldn't of minded paying it, if service was with a smile. We had a takeaway meal for a total of 13 people. The food was excellent, delivered on time and the service was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend the Shish for top rate service.
