I usually don’t write reviews so soon after a visit, but I just polished off half of the beef Massaman, Chicken Penang, coconut rice, and sweet corn fritters, and I have to rave about this place! What J Largeholt dislikes about Imjai Thai:
Food is not great. Visited a friend and got take away from here. Had to wait 20 mins in the resteraunt before the food was ready. The resteraunt is basic with stark lighting and terrible decor. The toilets are disgusting. The whole place needs a refurb. Food was not great either. Don't live in the area but if I did I wouldn't be going back. The homemade chili sauce that accompanied the fritters was delicious! I’ve missed Thailand during the pandemic and can’t wait to go back, but Imjai has given me a little taste of that paradise! I will definitely return and highly recommend it. Thank you!

I ordered takeout from this restaurant tonight. I typically go for Chinese and don't often opt for Thai, but this meal was simply incredible. It was ready for pickup within 30 minutes and cooked to perfection. The flavors were outstanding. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–£20.
