My family and I love the
Texas Twinkle Boudin and baked potatoes
Our first time at this particular Bodacious Bar-B-Q. It’s great bar b q. Clean. Polite employees. Decent pricing. But my main reason for coming here was something they call the Texas Twinkie. It’s a Cajun style boudin sausage. While being a little on the mushy side, it was very good none the less. And getting a little of there bar b a sauce on it bammed it up. I will definitely get it again. My wife had a maid rite sandwich. She said it was great. But not as much meat on it as other Bodacious places. I had the boudin and a half rack of ribs. The ribs are standard pit smoked ribs. Very tender with a nice smoke ring. We’ll be back.

Fantastic barbecue! This place is a local favorite, and I've been enjoying this BBQ chain since I was a kid. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. However, I was taken aback by the price when it came time to settle the bill—it was higher than I anticipated. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience.
