They give you a menu on which you have to tick mark what you want with the quantity you want, and the server will bring it to your table about 10 mins later (de... read more They give you a menu on which you have to tick mark what you want with the quantity you want, and the server will bring it to your table about 10 mins later (depending on how busy it is). We went there for lunch on Sunday and there were about 2 4 tables of guests and 1 server. So the service was ok. But we prefer the hot pot buffets where we walk up to stations and serve our self because it was abit hard to get a hold of the serving staff in this big restaurant. Also they had individual pots on individual stoves so its great for a group who don't like the big communal pot for the whole table. Highly recommend the beef bone broth such a rich marrow flavor we liked it so much that we asked the waiter if we could take the left over broth home (just broth, nothing else lol). Loved the mango icecream too! It costed us $23.99 per head excl tax (unlimited pop included)

Our only complaint was the service; while the staff was friendly and smiled, they struggled to clearly explain the ordering process. Once we figured it out, though, everything was fantastic!
