The staff at this restaurant are amazing! There’s one lady who works here, and every morning she manages to put a smile on my face and kickstart my day on a positive note. She's always cheerful and makes a point to wish me well for the day or weekend. My only regret after visiting her drive-thru for so many years is that I haven’t asked for her name! Thank you for brightening my mornings!
This is a nice mini Tim Horton's located inside the ESSO. They have a drive-thru and it's a staffed express service rather than a self-serve kiosk. The staff were efficient in managing multiple orders, with one person dedicated to the counter and another for the drive-thru. The product quality was consistent with what you would expect from Tim Horton's, and it was less crowded than the full Tim Horton's next door. However, service was a bit slower due to the limited staff.
I’m a big fan of Tim Horton's. As frequent traveler, I appreciate the consistency of their offerings. My only complaint is that when I bring in my reusable cup, which I use to avoid single-use waste, the server often pours my drink into a paper cup first, then transfers it to my reusable one, discarding the paper cup afterward. This is quite frustrating.
