the type that made my coffee was nice and it turned out well, but there was one that worked (I suppose the supervisor) who screamed at both the employees and some of the customers. really not something you want to see, and I feel bad for the crowd that is yelling at. they will not come later on the day because they have no ice cream, hardly eat, and they will not have good time. will probably only come back to this p... I grab my coffee here every day, and they consistently provide quick and efficient service.
Despite the large number of customers this Tim Hortons serves each day, the service is consistently fast and the food is always tasty. The line is never short, which is understandable given its location on a university campus. The staff are friendly too!
The staff at this Tims disservice some kind of award. Fast and efficient is their normal pace. Doesn't matter how big the line up is you won't wait long. They have my respect.
