The Exchange On Hollis - Halifax

The service was very moderate. had to ask at three locations whether water was refilled. for the prices is little worth. the lobster and shrimp pasta had a hummerkralle and two 20-25 count garnel .. for $34 was a total demolition. good aromen for most of the products we had but far over price.

The burger was amazing. I find the desert not the best. It does not seem to be fresh. Crusty like it is a few days old.

Pork chop slightly undercooked, everything else was 10/10

We have selected this restaurant, based on recommendations from locals. but there are much better spots! I was disappointed by eating a new hip restaurant and crying around 18 o'clock. for those who want to visit halifax and try local food, visit others instead of this.

I had a friend who came out of the country and wanted to show one of halifax's new hotspots. that was not disappointed! it was excellent, especially the seafood apps and net, but we tried to order a bottle of wine from the menu and they were outside. then we had tried to order two different gin tonic cocktails from their menu (they only have four of these cocktails) and were from both gins. (one of the compass distillery I had spoken). I was disappointed in how much of their choice was not available. Hopefully they can work to order enough warehouses to get them over a weekend.
