I have only had experience with this particular Subway location during the summer season when the University is less busy. My main concern about this restaurant is not the food or service, both of which are fast, efficient, and friendly, but rather the inconvenient hours. The restaurant closes earlier than the nearby library, despite being located right next to it. Additionally, they open late in the morning. However, I did enjoy a nice salad, which was not slimy like ones I have had at other Subway locations recently.
Don't mind the haters. It's great that there's a Subway at Dal. It's about the same as any other Subway, it's just busy because there aren't that many food options on campus.
Apart from the occasional long lines (which are to be expected), this subway is quite good. I have been here a couple of times and never encountered any issues. The staff is mostly friendly and the manager also makes an effort to help in case of problems.
