While waiting for the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia to open, my sister and I inquired of a bystander, where we might get breakfast. She told us about Rudy's. It was a wonderful eating experience. Great food, wonderful company. Thank you.

Super friendly staff, super awesome feel inside the spot, and of course, SUPER good sandwich and muffin!!!! Killer!
Went for a breakfast sandwich. Got an excellent sandwich, and a sample bowl of their beef stroganoff. Both were fantastic. My 8 year old had their pancakes. He said they are as good as mine, we both left stuffed and happy. This place is a gem in downtown Halifax. The owner and his son were very friendly and generous. Made us feel so welcome. If you want great fresh food, served by people who are genuinely happy to greet you at a reasonable price. This is the place. They know how to run a restaurant. Well done Rudy!!!!!!
