The restaurant is located beside the Alexander Keith tour in a great historic setting. Loved the atmosphere. On Monday's after 5pm the appetizers are 1/2 price, so it's a great time to visit. We had pizza, pasta, nachos and a sampler of their beers. The service was good and we enjoyed the food. There was a little withdrawal of cheese on the pizza and nachos, but i am sure if you ask not to be stingy with the cheese,... View all feedback.

This was the first time I have eaten at the Red Stag in years, I have been here for a beer however thought that where it was a nice day we would try their roof top patio. They did not seem very organized as we waited. I heard someone else who was waiting for a table, if one would be available. The waitress just responded by saying she didn't know. It seemed as though you just needed to wait around and if something came up you figured it out yourself. I found the patio could have been kept a bit cleaner as well. When we got a table the waitress ran a cloth over it quickly flinging the food particles on to the ground. The drinks were okay. Typically tavern drinks. The food wasn't too bad. The fries were bag fries. The portion sizes were just alright as well. The fish wasn't anything special, and the sandwich was skimpy on the chicken. For the price, not really worth it. I do enjoy the old building though where they are located. The Keith's Brewery has a lot of history and I heard the tour is very nice. A good spot for a few beers, otherwise I would probably eat elsewhere.
