Papa Mario's Pizza - Halifax

The place needs serious reconsideration of how it is organised. When I entered, there was only one staff member in the entire place, who took the orders, prepared pizza, and delivered it to the customers. It took her 10 minutes to notice that I was at the counter. The menu is vaguely put together where the pizzas have no price written beside them, and it us oblivious that this is a technique to milk more money from the costumers for toppings.I gave my order, waited for over 20 minutes, no news of pizza. After 5 minutes, it came. By this time, another guy had joined. Both staff touched the pizza with bare hands when cutting them. It's not a pleasant scene. The quality of the pizza was average at best. Not coming back!

Worst service. We ordered 2 pizzas for take out, they said about 20 minutes after an hour we still did not have our pizza's. The girl finally asked what we were waiting for and she said she forgot one of the pizzas and it was cooking now. It wasn't even that busy for the service to be so slow. The actual pizza was decent.

Definitely worth trying!! I gotta say their Pesto Sauce is delicious. I ordered it online and I have received it in I guess 15 minutes. So that’s pretty good service,too.

I ordered vegetarian Pizza with extra garlic sauce on the base but there is no sauce even we pay extra. And I also find a pic of pepperoni in my pizza that’s so disappointed. That’s anyhow not acceptable.

I used to love this place for delivery. But tonight I ordered and they were late which is fine I get it. But the delivery driver pulled up and I was googling delivery time and when I relayed it he went insane. He wouldn’t give me the he pizza I paid for. I’ve always loved this place but I’m done. He was crazy.
