On New Year’s Eve, the restaurant experience was a mixed bag that highlighted both excellent service and significant shortcomings. While some patrons praised the food's deliciousness and the vibrant ambiance, others faced disappointments, including cold dishes and inadequate service. Instances of absent waitstaff and long waits for meals marred the overall experience. Notably, communication regarding happy hour deals was inconsistent. Despite the busy atmosphere, a few diners found the efficiency and pleasantness of the staff commendable. Overall, while some celebrated a fantastic evening, others left feeling frustrated, suggesting a lack of organization and consistency at this particular location.

The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, the restrooms are clean, the atmosphere isn't too noisy, and it has a really cool vibe.

The food was cold and overall disappointing. The waitress was mostly absent throughout our meal. While Moxie's is usually decent, this location did not meet expectations. The only positive aspect was the nice ambiance.
Service was not at par with what I consider normal for Moxies. The Team at the Dartmouth location seem to have themselves far better organized to serve their customers with a better level of continuity and consistency. There was no check-back on drinks and the food was definitely below par and not accurate per the order.
