We tried Mezza for the first time yesterday at this location, but the lady who served us was rude and did not handle the customers in a good manner. We did mention that it was our first visit and she didn't show any patience in helping us understand the questions we asked. Furthermore, she poured extra sauce without asking and later we gave to to another employee who removed the excess sauce to make it edible. We were completely unhappy and have decided not to try Mezza again in the future.

If you are going to say you’re open until 10pm, then you should be. My husband went in there at 9:45 and couldn’t get a poutine because all the dryers were turned off. And was made to feel bad because he was there ordering food so late.
