From the moment you walk in, it just feels "right", not pretentious or overly designed, but a welcoming and charming bakery that feels as if its been here for a very long time. The space is small but cozy, and uses the perfect shade of blue throughout. Wonderful service with attentive staff who take care in what they are doing.The atmosphere, prices and people make this bakery a very comfortable spot.There are various types of breads, croissants, tarts and other pastry items on hand - the best variety is available if you come in early. The gruyère, chocolate coconut and almond croissants are all excellent. The pipito, palmiers and cinnamon pastries are a fave of ours as well. Mochas are great and more on the rich end than sweet, which I prefer, and spending a small amount of change on Chocolate Hackers chocolate is worth it. Very smooth, high quality.The only disappointing thing is no cold coffees, but that is hardly worth complaining about. Bravo LF Bakery!
