In Spring Fusion Buffet Restaurant

In all fairness I’m probably not a good person to review as I didn’t know what I was doing lol. You get a hot pot and select uncooked food from a buffet. They pour your choice of cold broth into a pan in the middle of the table and you wait until it boils and put your food in to cook it. I don’t think I could tell when things were cooked and struggled a bit. Staff were nice and good service. The restaurant was fresh, clean and a really nice atmosphere. I wouldn’t go back but it was a neat experience for us. Fairly expensive for the little bit of food you end up cooking and eating.

I eat here 1-2 times per month. It's may favorite restaurant in all of Halifax. I love the hot pot. Servers are friendly Sometimes it takes a little longer but well worth the wait. Prices are reasonable.

Went to there for supper with family, the food was ok, but still saw some flies around. The special soup was fine, but not as good as other hot pot one. In general, it’s ok. I would not recommend to have a try if Yu never have hot pot before. You may find some better opinion in the area.

Well the first thing I noticed is that there are only two other people here for lunch in this large restaurant and now I know why. SLOW! After waiting thirty minutes for food, one person just up and left and I don’t blame them. I’m sure the buffet is great but for lunch, it’s not a place I would recommend. Oh, and I’m also about to leave so I can’t even comment on the food.

We went for the hot pot buffet. It was amazing! We were unsure of how everything worked, but it was truly an amazing experience. The kids loved being able to cook their own food, as did we. The taste was fantastic and the atmosphere was beautiful. We would truly go again. This was not a one time deal. The price was fair as well, especially for a downtown eatery.
