G-street Pizza - Halifax

I normally love this place but my pizza is clearly burned with little black and charred bits.. I've had this same pizza before and it wasn't black like this. I'm not rich and only treat myself once in a while.. disappointed UPDATE: Through email they agreed to replace the Pizza for free! While I the person at the front end didn't add the extra items that I requested (and paid for on the original pizza) they redid it much MUCH better this time! The first two photos are the burned one and the last two are the replacement! Night and day!

G-Street Pizza is a cozy and friendly place that serves delicious pizzas and other dishes. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and garlic fingers, and I was not disappointed. The pizza was loaded with pepperoni, bacon, ham, and sausage, and the cheese was melted to perfection. The crust was thin and crispy, and the sauce was tangy and flavorful. The garlic fingers were also amazing, with a soft and chewy dough, plenty of garlic butter, and a side of creamy donair sauce. I enjoyed every bite and felt satisfied and happy. The service was also excellent, as the staff were attentive, courteous, and helpful. They greeted me with a smile and took my order promptly. They also checked on me regularly and made sure I had everything I needed. They were very friendly and professional, and they made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Location is good, problem is parking, there are limited parking spots. Layout is ok, but decorations is cozy and elegant, I liked the decorations and colors. Cleanliness is plausible There were no waiting ti.e to be seated. The waiting time for food was within expectations. I went in the burger week. Food was delicious and unique, specially vegan fries . Price was reasonable and affordable. Conclusion: I see i will go back again. I liked their style and food and I think you will like it too

The short. Awesome pizza place! The long. The pizza we ordered was the 'G-Street Pizza ' with pepperoni and fresh jalapenos on top. It was delicious, it had a nice even distribution of toppings, the peppers added a great kick to the pizza. The dough was pretty spot on for a conventional crust, thin with a good chew, not tough but not too crunchy. The sauce and cheese were again spread evenly and the tomato sauce had good flavor. Decor and service. The overall look of the place is modern the table spacing is well planned for the narrow space. The fun talking point is the bottle chandelier. The service was prompt and courteous, staff were overall great! Parking. There isn 't really any due to location it 's basically street parking, I 'd recommend parking up 1 street west and just walking to the pizza place, actually parking on Gottingen would be difficult or not possible based on time of day.
