Cousins Restaurant - Halifax

This restaurant I actually visited in was the year. Special someone to me that had tremendous impacts in me LiFE brought me there and discussions were not as much work related as opposed to being LiFe related but still playing and planing to be...doing something either with it or for it and of it then back at it making sure to get something from it that person would never to me knowledge trade me into it at the expense of it. That meant means that person kept me to my words into it and the keeping in the gateways say that if Heaven don’t kill YA then something gonna gate YA and there is plus then one way to look at that. Heavens have gates; mansions have gates and as well… Prisons have gates… strip bars might have cage dancing which is sort of type in gate… it’s the trajectory in life that I selected to me MiCHEL J MAiLLET long time ago in and perhaps that person is not around at date but I know in spirits he’s around and cry I do at date certain times is because in the way that it happened. But I am the one that approached him. He didn’t have to lend me anything and that was the beauty of that and he did warn me … he said “whatever happens happens” … and I never did forget that and the longest time i couldn’t remember the name that restaurant where both used to be at lunch once in while then MAY I decided I’m gonna locate that place and looked in Google MAPS strolled in within Robie Street listening to One Week Barnaked Ladies and next thing me noticed is there it is … I recognized the top view at the parking lot as if I was in front of in Penthouse Condo looking at the rooftop. Both met in the parking lot and went in to have lunch and I remembered the discrete look that the back parking lot has in character. I didn’t take pictures inside but I do HAVe pic from Google MAPS that iCA Post and that iCAN since me Family name has Mail and I happen to be male … LOL

Went there last night. Family had been there before said it was ok. Looked good from the reviews the menu. As soon as we opened the menu we were quite shocked with the huge difference in the prices online the actual prices....The prices were actually much higher. The server was quite friendly but not very knowledgeable. She said the fries were homemade but when we wanted to be sure, she checked they were frozen. The side vegetables were supposed to be fresh, but we were sure they were frozen left soaking all day. There were orders of Fish ordered. Not very good. The mashed potatoes had to be returned to be heated. I ordered the pasta special. The soup was great. The pasta was just ok. The Greek salad was pretty much tasteless. I would certainly not recommend this restaurant

This restaurant offers great meals at very reasonable prices. It has been years since we ate here but, upon return were not disappointed. It is not fancy but, large servings (such as soup, chicken dinner with trimmings, tea/cover and rice pudding or jello under tax and tip

Had lunch with a colleague today at Cousins. I’ve always had good meals in the past but today was disappointing. I had the Clam Chowder and a roll. The roll was great the Chowder not very good . It lacked all the elements of a...great Clam Chowder. It wasn’t even as good as canned Campbell’s soup. My colleague had the Greek plate but I could not identify what turned out to be a stuffed green pepper. Again , I’m sorry to say that a once great Restaurant either had a really off day today or the quality of product is gone. I hope I’m wrong. I always enjoyed taking my Dad there for a meal when he was alive. I will go back in a few months to see if it’s any better than today. Cousins is worth a second chance down the road

We go here quite often.The staff is friendly and the food is good.The food is always hot and tasty.They have a wide variety. It’s great for families or any kind of gathering
