What Harry Schröder likes about Cafe l'Acadie:
This place is great! My wife and I have eaten here numerous times since moving to Halifax. We have never been disappointed. The restaurant is a good size and simply decorated, but clean, hospitable and very homey. The food is really good comfort food, and they offer free soup with meals which my wife always loves. The prices are excellent for what you get. I always recommend it to everyone I meet traveling through no... View all feedback. What Felipe Miller doesn't like about Cafe l'Acadie:
The food here was very plain. Though freshly cooked it was simple and home like. This was appealing on one level. The surroundings are also very plain, almost like a kitchen. The service was not very good. It was slow and the orders came out in 3 lots which meant some were eating and others were not. As we were the only table this should not have happened. The haddock was very fresh and the meat pie was good. View all feedback.
