I visited one of their locations in Downtown... read more I’ve been a loyal customer of Boston Pizza for many years, and today’s experience has left me utterly disappointed. I visited one of their locations in Downtown Halifax during my lunch hour hoping for a great meal as usual, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Upon receiving my food, I found a hair in my dish, which is already frustrating in itself. What made it worse, however, was the lack of genuine concern or apology from the staff when I brought it up. There was no attempt to make things right, and honestly, I felt like they didn’t take the situation seriously at all. As a long-time patron, I expect a higher level of service and care, especially when something like this happens. I’ve always chosen Boston Pizza because I’ve trusted their standards, but today’s experience has shaken that trust. I’m disappointed, and I’m unsure if I’ll return after this.
