This place from the beginning is welcoming. It smells nice, there's bulk items to buy (we got cat nip and tea) little piles of stones everywhere. The staff was extremely nice and the food was delicious. We went two days in a row (because you have too) the Cesar salad was the best I've ever had! I also had the breakfast sandwich. The menu is entirely vegan which is wonderful View all feedback.

First and foremost, the staff at this place is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and give the place a great atmosphere. The food is equally good and the flavors are right on point. Their take on the plates is very original.
We discovered this potential great vegan / vegetarian place downtown Halifax. We were walking around looking for a place to eat and BANG... it's easy to locate... right in the middle of many resto / place to sit and have a some good food. The decor is very minimalist / ordinary / peace and love. The menu is very basic, on a blackboard with a sheet listing the drinks where many were not available. The service was great, smile and welcoming. The food itself was well presented and okay. The salad could have been tossed in some type of tasty vinaigrette. The food was tasty. The price is out of this world... burgher was 14.50$. It cost with tip 47$ for two burghers and two cold brew. I am not saying it's not okay I think the setting, the decor doesn't call for this type of price. I understand that ingredients and service are not cheap but this I found felt a little bit to much for the experience we had. We've been to many vegan or vegetarian resto over the last 6 months and the setting often help with the pricing. I liked the food and I will probably go back but hope that they will make someImprovements. I have no issues with peace and love but would like to feel it when I spend 50$ for two vegan burgher.Good luck and keep serving.G
Such a great place!! Food is delicious and healthy as well, which is a wonderful added bonus. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is incredible. Will be regularly be returning :)
We came here for breakfast, hoping to have a fresh, tasty, and filling meal. I was so happy to have found this place as it did not disappoint! We ordered the Blue Apples burger, the chickpea omelet plate, and the Green Goddess smoothie. It was all so tasty that we ordered a breakfast sandwich and another smoothie to go. I found their food options creative and exceptionally delicious. *We are not vegans or vegetarians. The restaurant is located on the top floor so it was nice and breezy. We used the floor table as it was perfect for eating with a toddler. I understand a previous comment on staff not being overly friendly, but I tend to expect the distant artist personality types when I go to these kinds of places. Having said that, the two guys working there that morning were very accomodating and made sure that we enjoyed our food.My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to check out the shop on our way out... Maybe next time!
