Always a fun place to hear some good music . The food is always good ..and big servings too. Nothing fancy but good pub food,

Does bot BBQ and Blues well. Wife and I shared ribss and chicken. Moist, flavorful, and plenty of food for two. But the musicianship stole the show. We caught local jam session but all were tslented, we'll practiced performers. It was so good that we stayed for second session.

Bearly's is a great place to go when you want to listen to great blues performers. Buck Tingley is amazing guitar player who resonates Blues. Phil Potvin - Harp again what can I say amazing!. Put these guys together and you have got pure Blues. Unfortunately I don't know the names of the other guys but they definitely contribute to the band creating a very important balance of harmony. The Room acoustics seem to be ideal area for listening to the performers. Service is always good, and the food is excellent, but they tend to run out of the ribs fairly quick.

Nice home town feeling, good food pub fair, reasonable price with music to lessen to at times . very low key comfortable if you do not want a fancy dining experience , and cold beer , with local choices

Spent a couple of evenings here in Halifax, listening to some great jazz and blues and enjoying some drinks. This is a great venue, good layout, great service.Watch out for friendly musicians buying drinks. The generosity was much appreciated at the time. Not so much in the morning. But they did have us back.
