What April Barnes doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Had a cup of tea and a farmer's bacon wrap. Everything was okay except the speaker..... She didn't hear the Farmers wrap and I had to say tea with milk and sweetener three times to be heard. As a regular customer I’ve always had perfect service. The elderly cashier lady is very sweet and professional. However, recently I met an unprofessional young cashier lady working there who threw attitude at me. Another day I saw the same lady being very rude to another asian girl. I normally don’t do negative reviews but this matter seems like a racist issue to me. I no longer feel comfortable going there. It’s disheartening to see someone employed there solely to dampen other’s experience.
Second time going there and they've always forget to give me bread or a biscuit with my chilli ,, coffee is awful like they don't stir it Food: 2 Service: 2

It always happens with me at this tims because they take the order correct but they give the different food at the window last time i asked for tea they gave me coffee and today i asked for 3x3 tea and they didn't put the sugar Bad experience always !!
