Wish I grabbed a photo. I’ve eaten Ramen all around the world. I’d say outside of California and New York (Oni in Dallas), the ramen in North America isn’t great. The extra spicy tantanmen here was nearly perfect. I think the noodles lacked that almost buttery taste you find in exceptional bowls in Japan but that’s me being very nitpicky. I was very disappointed with my vegan ramen. Very mild in flavour and overpriced for what it was. I mean 20+ dollars for a super basic simple ramen? They also used tempura on some veggies which I’m not 100% sure was vegan since it usually contains egg. Nevertheless I don’t think it’s worth the 20 dollars. Can’t speak for the rest of the plates.
