Their quality is top notch, we notice a difference in how fresh and high grade all of their food is. We make it a point to come here for our meat purchases, nearly an extra 20 minute drive out of our way and local area, because it is that noticably better. Give it a shot, I think it'll impress you too!

I've never been blown away by a butcher and a grocery store. I have never seen anything more consistently fresh everywhere. And... Freds is the only store to wear kidney organs I know of! We flew the BUTCHER!
