Outback Steakhouse Clifton Park

Was there twice in the last months. the food was good (at least what we have), but the service was bad. both of them took an hour to get our food. For the first time we sat there almost 2 hours of appetizers and dinners and did not even receive an appetizer. the drinks both went more than necessary. the waitress avoids the table and was significantly worsened. it's over. high under personal. it needs improvement.

Not good. steak was well done. - I didn't do it. no cute at all or serviettes for our order to go. flowering garnels were cold and tastefully burned. They don't waste their $14. very bad experience. should look at the reviews

As expected for a chain restaurant. Dan, our server, was excellent. On point, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Had the Victoria filet. Cooked as ordered. Same for my dining companion.

We got there an we got seated. 15 minutes before the waiter showed up. 15 minutes for drinks. total of 40 minutes for blooming onion that came out cold. the salads that were order 2 of them came out at 1 hour and we had to ask for the third. The manager delivered the third. she was asked how long until food. she went to check and never came back. Waiter came back to say they are backed up and short staffed. we asked for our check he said he would get the manager and then came back saying we were all set no bill. Well some may say we'll at least they did that but coming from a service background and being in the field they need to do better.

Honestly this has been one of my best experiences eating out. I know it’s just an Outback but the one here in Clifton Park NY was great. The staff and manager were so friendly. Service was fast, food was good and any issue we had they fixed it for us immediately. Seriously was a great experience and I’m really thankful for it
