Always feels relaxed when we eat in one of the Ritz restaurants, but above all these. This is the outdoor bar/restaurant with bomb cocktails and rich tasteful snacks and meals. It can be a little windy, but they offer you with comfort/painting to keep you warm and they have heating incase it is cold. There is also a fireplace area where you can sit and enjoy your drink overlooking the sea. I like it now that it is ex... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Ocean Terrace:
We go to a restaurant that calculates a premium for the experience in extra to good food. Part of this experience is the expectation of economic integrity. We expected that from all companies at the most fundamental level. More so for a prestigious place like the Ritz. I have prepaid a deposit that cannot be refunded for the reservation. On the day, the weather did not allow food outdoors. The place has an indoor are... View all feedback.
We went for Valentine's Day afternoon tea. Great service. The tea and the food also tasted nice. Only complaint is that the portion sizes for the price were so small. We expected a lot more food per person. Turned out we paid over for the experience. The view is supposed to be great, but we didn't catch it because of bad weather.
The staff here was very professional and very nice, and the food was very delicious. The burger was juicy and the mushrooms and onions complement the meat very well. The duck fats were probably some of the best pommes I had as they were extremely tasty and they were boiled to absolute perfection. Although the food was delicious and the staff was nice, the food was extremely overpriced. The Burgers and Pommes were 40 bucks, and although I enjoyed them, it was a court worth $25. Overall, the food was delicious and I would recommend to come here if you spend some extra money.
In-room dining was a wonderful solution after a long travel day last week. The flat bread roasted with oven, Cobb salad and tomatoes Gnocchi were tasteful and fresh. Order and delivery were prompt and professional. All necessary condiments, plates, utensils and napkins were included. Overall, it was a perfect culinary experience. The next evening we even ordered the roasted flat bread for a delicious snack. Well done!
We had a magnificent view of the sunset and the short ribs were excellent! The wine list is limited, but if you are offered after the list next to “Navio”, the list is extensive.
Had the best experience for a party of 7, celebrating a friend/colleagues 40th birthday. Tony, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the host and guided to our table (in the wine library). We were able to grab a drink at the bar, watch the sunset, while listening to to someone playing bagpipes (no lie, this really happened almost seemed like a movie scene with the fog, music and sun setting). Thank you to everyone who made this experience so memorable!
