The service was slow, and the dining area could have used some cleaning. My husband ordered chicken livers, which are typically supposed to be soft, but they were a bit crispy instead. I had the chicken strips and waffles, and they were delicious. Overall, the service was commendable.
I had a delightful visit to KFC with a friend earlier today and was very pleased with my meal. Kelly, the hostess, was exceptionally kind and patient while we placed our order. Another staff member, who I didn't catch the name of but was the manager on duty, came to our table just a few moments after we sat down, which was such a nice touch! The food was fresh, which really made a difference in the overall experience. It was a fantastic outing!
